Background Image (Row Title) Height

Can i make the Space for Backgrond Image (Row Title) Higher? I use phpBB2 Style Version.

If it is hard to understand (Sorry about my English), i'll give a image, what Space i want to resize:

Yes, you can do it in the CSS Area, but you will need to add this code into the CSS Area and after editing it submit it.

Code:

   font-size: 11px;

   background-image: url("http://i71.servimg.com/u/f71/12/41/10/67/bg210.jpg");
   padding: 2px 3px;
   }

Just edit where says "height: 50px;". (Change the 50px to any number you want).
