How many Administrators....

can we have set up on one forum?

My husband and I are using one of your forums. I registered it and do most of the stuff for it because I am more computer knowledgeable....but he needs to be able to do some of the administrator things also if it needs to be done and he is the one online.

Is there a way to have 2 Admins on these forums. We can have one user ID that we both work off of cuz of the board type it is. People need to know when it is him or myself answering them.

I have looked around to see if there is a way to do it, and I did set him as an administrator, but he can't access the admin panel. That is what I need him to be able to access using his own ID.

You both can be administrators.

YOU, go to

admin panel
user admin
management
click on the Permissions tab on the top of page

type in your husbands name
there is a drop down box in the top left corner, set that to administration and then save.

he is now a admin.

You can have as many admins as you like :o

In short, just go to :
Admin pannel > Users admin > Permissions

Select your husband's nickname, then :
User Level : Administrator (at the top of the page )

I have created one forum. Actually has 85 members registered. Well... I nomeated 2 members as Administrators. What I would like to know, is if there is any kind of contention about having to many Admin. ou Mod.
