How do i add New fourm topics to my fourm

How do you add a new fourm into it?

Im a bit of a new person to all of this please can you help!

okay....one thing To add topics or whatsoever are the basics of forum building...you can get a friend. to help you.
anyways ill help you.

Scroll Down Untill You See Administrator Panel.
Open it and then go to General and go to categories&Forums.
and there start adding.
