Hi Tk-RO,

As fair as I'm aware it's automatically enabled. Head to the bottom of your homepage where the who's online part is and just above it should say "Statistics" where it shows top posters, Top poster of the day etc.

Or if you want it to be on the side of your forum, follow these steps.
Admins Panel > Modules > Forum Widgets management > Put the top posters bar onto the side column.
