Hello I have just created a forum and wish to know does it have to abide by certain rules etc and if so where would they be found ?

I will be very good we just want somewhere we can have a nice forum the way we want it also where can scripts such as the one you use be bought ? and do we need to delete old invalis posts etc ?

Any help to the newbies would be great !!
