New Smile Page Empty New Smile Page

OK,I went to Admin Panel>Display>Avatars>Smilies:
And I see Categories: Smilie 1/2/3/4.
I went to Category 2 and made a new name for that group of smilies.I have smilies in the 1st Smilie Categorie,and am using the 2nd Smile Categorie.I changed the name and pressed modify,and the name was changed.Now a press Add New Smilie.I saw Smilies Configuration,and I entered the Smile Code, Category 2,I paste a link to the smile,and typed in the smile emotion.And when I press the Save botton,it's not doing anything.
Please help me...

The first field you should add the emotion - 2nd field is the name (i.e shocked, surprised, smile) - 3rd field is which category you want it to be in

You cannot paste a link, you have to upload from your machine - which is the 4th field
