font : i don't mind any font. maybe a robotic type of font :\

font color : white

size : i'm not so obsessed with the size. about the size of the staff rank there? >>

Moderator- Red (not pure red)
Founder - green (shiny effect on the text)
Co-Admin - green
VIP - gold (shiny effect on the text)
Retired Mod - orange
Tech - whitish gray (if there is even a color like that)
Graphic Troop a little light blue
