if it so how i do for to activate.

Caihlem wrote this tutorial to put EditBoard's intergraded ChatBox on your forum.

But if you want a shoutbox, go to a free shoutbox provider, create an account and get the shoutbox code. Paste it in a portal block or where you want it and there is your shoutbox

Anyway, you can't add a custom shoutbox to the bottom of your page, but using Caihlem's tutorial, it shows how to add EditBoard's ChatBox below the statistics
