how to add admin permissions to rank

If I add a rank (founder) for me .. how do I give it full admin permissions?

Rank does not give any admin permissions. To give admin permissions, you need to add the user to the admin group.

so I can take me out of the admin group and put myself into the founder group and still have my admin permissions? I just don't wanna mess up and lock myself out of the ACP

Okay, i am getting confused. Admin group contains the founder account.
Whats a founder group according to you?

just change your rank to Site Founder but it wont stop you from being the administrator.

Exactly what Tayne mentioned;

Just simply create a new rank named 'Founder'. Then, modify the settings of your rank (in your profile) to where it's Founder.
