How to give rights According to RANKS???

Can anyone please tell that how can i give my members rights(like editing post, deleting,starting polls etc) according to their ranks?

There is no way to give members permissions according to their ranks. The only way to give members special permissions is by putting them in a certain group that you have allowed that group to do certain things.

Now I have a question for you.
When you say "(like editing post, deleting,starting polls etc)" Do you mean other people's or your own?

Right, if you mean by editing there own posts that is a feature that everyone has and cannot be turned off as far as I know.
So yes, you cannot give permissions to somebody according to their rank, but you can if it's a group. However I think that there are very few permissions to be given. Only ones like "Can moderate in this forum" "Can ban" etc.
