I read the footer Q & A. Where would I begin to search for my footer in the admin panel?

I'm a newbie flower - please be gentle.

You have to log in as the administrator... or founder...
then you either scroll all the way down to the bottom of your page... or press the page down button, till you reach the bottom of the page...

once there in the center you'll find the link to your administration panel
