Placing 'Latest Topic' Widget on bottom???

Hi!
I've tried this many times, but i've been unsuccessful!Can any one tell me how to place latest topic widget on top or bottom of forum?i am using invision so can't change HTML.
Also, i don't want to place it on side because it looks odd to me, So plzzzzz help!!Thanks!

go to potral managent=> click Structure=>
here you can drag the widgets that you need, then save.

but this way only can be use in the potral, not in forum

modules>forum widget>enable it first if it is not yet enable>then drag the latest topic to your desire place>then hit save.

Widgets on your forum's index page can only go on the sides of the page, however, widgets on the portal can go anywhere, including the middle of the page.
