i need several navigation butons that match this one

i need the following
Home
Forum

Register

Members
Search
FaQ
Log Out
Log In

Home would be the first 1 and Log our-in would be last on the bar

also i have some people that have bad eye site so if it could be this size of the ones i have now at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that would be great
