banner code??

im looking to have a few banners so when say some one moves to a different page a new banner will show up.
or if he was to refresh it will show a different banner any code for this..

i also will need it so you can click on it and got to that banners link..

I believe there was a way to do this... but the member who had the code was banned... Ill look farther into it.

I think you should create rotating banner
By which each time a page is refreshed new image ( banner ) will come !

yes thats what i want but i have no clue as to how to go about something like the..

is this something i can just copy and paste? and change the pic info and site info??
