Cant see categories but can see topic & forums

I try to add a few categories but I cant see the title of them. But I can see topics and forum titles

But when Im in the topics, I can see the

How can I have a new caregorie and see it?

I cant see the caregorie title "Buy / Sell / Trade"

iF YOU WANT TO SEE THE CATEGORIES.
Go to display>>homepage>>structure and hierarchy>>scroll down a little, u will see "SPLIT CATEGORIES ON INDEX, keep it to medium, save.
And see whether it works or not??
