well just like topic title says. I would like to hide "Who is online" for the users that are not registered on forum.

It's possible.

Go to your Admin Control Panel, select Display, and then select Structure and Hierarchy. Click the "Never" button on "Display viewonline information box on index" and then click on Save.

Now create "Who Is Online" and "Statistics" widgets with permissions that disallow Guests from viewing the widgets.

It may not be the look you want for your forum, but it does solve your problem!
