Its white. I have a group called members. but the number will increase so it will take a while. How do I do this

To change the colour for all 'normal' usernames, You have to change the link colour.

You don't really need to have a group for members as for the users that register on your forum are defaulty 'Members'. However, there is always recommendation into making a rank called 'Member'.
