Making e-mail address using my forum without own domain!

Why have i first to pay 15 more or less euros to have my own domain and then i am able to have and e-mail address?Just we could make one e-mail address using the domain of my forum (without paying) and only one could have an e-mail address of the forum address!!!!Do that!PleaseIt could be very good idea because members will be attrackted from that and they will do more donations to have theier own e-mail addresses!!!!!!
