red:i want to know how i can add these tags in my website

you can add them on your portal! follow this:

admin panel>>module>>portal>>portal structure>>Add/Delete of personal modules>>Module>>partners

then add on it all advertisements you want!

for that you have to use javascript!! you can use google to found the script and then put it on your admin panel>>general admin>>home page>>other meta tags
