Solved FTP upload

Hello friends, hope you can help with this post,
I had old forum build with php(don't remember the version) so my old forum is crashed and now trying to build new 1 on Foruotion,
the question is; is it possible to upload the data or the forum using ftp to my computer or is there is way to upload my old forum data to the new forum?

There is no way of uploading your forums database to a FTP.
