links opening in new window w/same adress

after installing my wigets when a person clicks on one of the ads..the link is opening in the same window with my adress still showing in the adress bar but the linked page showing...is there a way for me to change this...its only happening in one sponsors ad?

Don't understand, is it a referral link? thats the reason it shows.

its a referral..but when the member selects it...instead of opening in a new window with the new address...it still shows the forum address in the adress bar
