Points System and Reutation. Not showing up! Empty Points System and Reutation. Not showing up!

I clicked "Activate" on both the "Points System" and "Reputation" but none of them appeared like they did in the tutorial. Does anyone know why? I can't seem to figure it out.

same thing happens to me i think becoz they are having sum updates installed Crying or Very sad
