Birthdays 1 Day Off
I've searched the forum and have been messing with settings but still haven't figured this one out. When a user sets their birthday in their profile it retains the settings correctly but when you view their birthday it displays as one day earlier. As an example my birthday is Feb. 11 and when I look at my settings it is correct but when you look at my public profile it displays as Feb. 10.

Your timezone must be off.
Go to: General>Configuration>System Timezone
And adjust it accordingly, also right under it says "adjust time" and the options are winter and summer, make sure that pertains to where you live so the time is correct.

Re: Birthdays 1 Day Off
The time zone and season are correct just how they should be, so that's not the issue but thanks anyway.
Also it says in forum statistics that there is one more registered users total than there really is. Ex.12 registered users and it shows 13.

That's the problem though, you can't change it even if you wanted. Well I suppose you could tell everyone to set the birthdays to one day past.
