Adding A Live TV and Chat to our Site

I am trying to add a Moglus TV with Live Chat to our site and can't seem to get it embedded and working could someone tell us how to do this on the site.......

YES it is free and legal and yes we want it on our site.........

It is just adding our videos and other info ..........
