Solved Google Ads

I have a Google ad on our home page and portal.
I don't care about the portal, however my members are complaining about the ones on the home page.
I will post a picture of this.
Is there a way to disable it from my home page? The members hate it.
They are complaining about the flashy ones about dating sites too.
Any help would be appreciated.

admin > general > forum - configuration > 'You allow images and videos formats for your ads' > click no and save > 'Activate ads' > click guests and save > 'Text ads activation (underlined) ' > click no and save

If all this has already been done, you will need to buy credits to make your forum ad free
