half my portal is not showing

i was adding a wiget to my forum in the portal section..when i went to view it half the portal was gone..from the header down.i tried deleting the wiget but that didnt help.i tried to save every section in the portal still no result.i then closed my internet explorer, opened it back up and deleted my browser history.nothing helped..when i open the page in firefox it is visable tho..any help would be appreciated.

It has been known currently that Internet Explorer has many different bugs inside it. This may just be an effect of it, seeing as "FireFox" can see it better.
