Can someone make a forum banner for me please?

I would like the figures above to be surrounded by kind of like a blur. I want the blur to turn into like a blue that matches the dress that Kimloveable2 is wearing. I want there to be text at the top saying:
You'll have a pawsome time with us!
And I want there to be other text in the middle that flashes and says:
Bearville Forums
in dark blue text
I want it to be about the same size as my current banner

Nevermind, I'm already done :
The colored corners will fit straight into the top color of your forum, so don't worry about that (if you are going to use my banner).

or you can create a banner contains bob marly and his three color red,green,yellow hope you guyz will creat it soon and with in it dead boyz city writen
