Loads of buttons not showing Empty Loads of buttons not showing

on both of my forums a lot of buttons are not showing and the site looks realy messy!!
www.mummysworld.net and www.chatjunkies.net Sad when will this be sorted? as members said they dont wannt post as they find it hard to see which buttons are which

Also now when clicking on a topic on www.mummysworld.net they page has gone to long and you have to scroll across to when there is nothing there to see Sad
