Hi i just recently had some random person post a load of disturbing images on my forum is there any way i can stop guests from posting pictures

You have to set the permissions.

General>> Categories and forums>> Click on a forum you want to change the permissions>> Change it as you want.

i went there but i still want guests to post just not with any pictures it doesnt show anything for pictures to deselect

The only way is not not let any one post them this includes like signatures etc

True. I thought you wanted to prevent them from posting. Anyways I'm not sure about this but you can do as kylesmummy06 suggested.

Is there noway i can just stop guessed from posting pictures because im getting complaints there arent anymore signatures i would like some mroe help as it isn't resolved full yet

I recommend you do what magicm00n suggested. That is basically the only way to completely solve this.

No problem. But remember, if you don't want these users to keep on posting these images, then just IP ban the users and have your forum set to where users have to verify there accounts.

ive ip banned over 6 different IPs all from the same place he's just changing his IP constantly he isn't stupid.

Hm, it's sorta impossible to change your IP. Well, I have nothing else to say but for you to just forbid guests from posting in your forum. Can you provide a link to your forum so I can view these images? They could pobally be against ForuMotion's Terms of Service.

For any other information on the images, i suggest you contact Caihlem personally about this situation. He's part of ForuMotion's administration and you can contact him on this support forum (but not via PM).

ok thanks ill sorta in a bad way he posts the images again i've put the BBCode back on so all i need to do is make another new topic about this if he posts again? or do i PM him?

He's not able to be reached via PM. You can always reply to this thread (if it's not locked) or create a new thread about the situation dealing with these images.
Also, Typlo is always available as well, but since the new updates that have been implemented, he's been very busy and probally will return to normal state in about a week or so.
