My language changes automaticly Empty My language changes automaticly

My english's not so good ! I hope you understand what i'm talking abough... Well my problem is that my language changes ... When i change my language to english and save it ... when i refresh the page, my language is automaticly changes to "Azэri" and i can't do anything ! Please Help me ! Crying or Very sad
