How do i give my staff crowns?

Hey my forums are named cs forums and I was wondering, how do i give each staff member a crown when they are assigned the staff position? in the box underneath rank administration where it says "rank image url" i put the crown i wanted in but it doesnt come up so right now i have my staff use a crown in their avatar. Any way i can give them a crown next to their name so they are easily identified in the forums?

You can't add an icon to a username like Vbulletin. This is currently not possible.

You could suggest this in the suggestion forum though.
