Image Link and making of moving banner

HELP!!!
I have this problem, every time I point my cursor to a picture, the original link of my picture will be shown. I'm really sick of seeing the link come out. Is there any way I can do to change the words or remove it?

I've seen people do it before. Just like whenever a topic in the forum is solved, there will be a message shown saying the post is locked.

And also, I want to make a moving banner whereby I can link it to my own forum.

It's properly the coloring of your links on your forum?

If it is: go to your Administration Panel => Display => Colors.

What do u mean by the colouring? I mean only when I point to the image, not the link.

try hovering ur mouse over the images, and u will be able to see the image link there. I was trying to ask if anyone knows how to change the image link to something else, or remove it so people won't get to see and know it.
Its an awful sight too.
