ForuMotion Live Support

How about we have a new feature on ForuMotion called 'Live Support'. It's basically a chatbox ONLY for support. It can be a very modified and unique chatbox in which you can PM a staff member a question and wait on support, etc. I don't really know how to explain this suggestion very clearly, but you get the picture.

ForumActif only has a chatbox for what I believe is a general chat, not 'live support' Wink

(Dont quote that one please, im not 40% sure) Razz

in which you can PM a staff member a question and wait on support, etc.

If were not allowed PM support from staff as it is now, why would that change in the Chatbox?!?!

Also, the staff have enough of a job to do, this would be adding another unnecessary thing to their work load.

Reasons kinda explained above = a nope.

Well,Rok,a chatbox would eventually turn to spam...

I really don't think this is a good idea...

But I have not voted yet,so I can change my mind.

I agree with Caihlem, [No chatbox]...

But... A chatbox can be useful,but...then again. mwii
