css Problem with Vista Plain Empty css Problem with Vista Plain

My forum is at http://tqg3.forumotion.co.uk

The css for vista plain appears to be broken at many places. The spacing for the chatbox doesn't fit, the spacing for the profile header doesn't fit, even the top row of navigation buttons is at least 4 pixels too far from the top.

What should I do to fix that?
