Will I get a warning to let me know when to purchase more gallery so I don't lose it...

You should be getting a mesage saying that you will need to rebuy more space.

I have a question.

Let's say you currently have purchased and have 500MB of gallery space.

Could you purchase an additional 500MB to have 1GB of storage for your gallery?
