Hello liying28,

An administrator is someone who runs the forum. Administrators have the highest number of responsibilites and have full access to anywhere on the forum. It is a position to be treated with respect and there could be more than one administrator.

A user is someone who is registered at the forum and is not special in any way. He/she justs enjoys themself on the forum and is moderated by the administrators and is assisted by the moderators. Smile
