Solved forum bold and links dont work

when posting in my forum the bold and link option doesnt work in formatting
shows [b] instead of bolding it. i have html turned on. Thanks.

Turn bbcode on for your forum & your profile.
AP>Messages & Emails>Configuration
Allow BBCode : Make it yes

Also in your profile>Preferences tab
Always allow bbcode:Yes
