Can I find somewhere on the net a Homepage made for free download... I don't have time to do the CSS, and I would of course change it groundly...

So just for the basic stuffs???

I never did this before so I have a few questions... When I but the template, I get the HTML code, right? And when I buy the hosting packet, how to upload it? I don't know anything about this...

If it is a html template yes.
The uploading part is pretty simple: you just need to upload the whole file to the ftp and unzip it.
