Domain taken back after one year...! Empty Domain taken back after one year...!

Post by Dreamhacker April 2nd 2009, 8:48 pm

Hi all,

I have purchased credits and got a domain for entire one year.
In my Admin panel it was showing that as i have got the domain for 1 year the 2nd year is free.
But after one year only the domain was removed...
Why is it so ? This is unfair and not promising at all...

Can anybody help me out with this ?

Regards,

I belive when the 29 days are over its renews. Once the 29 days end and you dont get a email or the url doesnt work PM Typlo with the screen shot of you buying it unless you can get it.
