Adding a Private Section

i have sign up in the forums as u can see and log on.. im trying to figure how to make certain sections private...

i found the answer on this fourm, but it wont let me read the link someone posted says "sorry only certain ppl can vveiw this" or some crap like that lol

can someone help me
