Something is wrong with phpBB3 skins!

A few days ago something happened with all phpBB3 versions which created a weird distance between the forum icon and the category name It's very anoying and I would like it to get back as it was before.

I've seen that all phpBB3 forums have the same problem. I've been trying to reinstall the skin but that doesn't work. Everytime the phpBB3 is switched on this problem appears.

I wonder why this happened all of the sudden??

And when I switch it to phpBB2 it looks perfectly normal, like THIS.

But I don't want to have phpBB2 because I like phpBB3 better!

Any solution?? Is there any code I can insert in the CSS Sheet??

It might be just that layout?

No, it's not the layout, because I've tried may other layouts too and the problem still stays if the phhpBB3 is turned on. As I sad, the problem disappears if I switch to another version, but I don't want to change to phhpBB2 because I'd like to have phhpBB3.

I've seen in other topics (for example here) that other users have the same problem, but the staff doesn't take this problem seriously since they didn't suggest anything in those previous 10 days.

It's a global problem with all phhpBB3 skins and something needs to be done. Please...

Decrease image cells width

General>forum>configuration>pages structure box.
