how to bring back the portal

for some reason i accidentaly remove the portal... how to put it back?

Admin Panel>> Modules>> Portal Management>> Portal general options>> Show the portal : Yes.

another question... how to make a topic sticky? and also delete

When creating a topic, you will see options at the bottom that allow you to post topic as sticky, announcement or normal.

how about when the topic is posted by a member

a member cannot sticky or make an announcements, only moderators or admins can in your forum

Make, or edit a post, then below the message body, see option? If nothing is below 'option' look at the right side, see the + ? Click that, look where it says
'sticky' click that button.
