For some reason everybody seem to use some kind of avatar generator as they all look almost the same. I guess Beno knows about it so you shouldn't worry about it but why do you want to look exactly like everybody else? Be creative and make something unusual for yourself instead.

In this section its like a school one person starts one trend and it spreads like sheep. Funny enough I have created a original one for you (not seeing Instantys comment ) for you, if you don't like it i will make another like mine.

Pretty nice avatar if you ignore the fact that the noteboard and those green paperpieces doesn't really blend with each other. No matter what, if you want it to be "realistic", move "Forumer" a little higher as it's floating in the air at the moment.

Well the colours aren't really matching and the font is plainly terrible. Also you should decrease the size of those black dots. And after that... I guess it's just a matter of taste. I personally don't like the design at all. If you want my advice, start over from scratch.
