if i open my forum on internet explorer, my image on format png can't displayed correctly. The transparent background is shown in white color..

But if i open it on Mozilla Firefox, nothing problem.

How can i make my image displayed correctly on all browser?

IE6 doesn't manage PNG transparency, but a fix exists.
Since you're using the phpBB2 version, the fix I know will work fine since the pics are hard-coded (doesn't work with background pics).

In your admin panel > General > "Forum" menu > Configuration, paste this code in "Site description" field :

Don't remove the conditional comments who surround the script tags, because if you remove them, you'll have compatibility problems with Opera who overinterprets the scripts, making the PNG pics completely invisible. The comments are there to make sure this scripts is enabled only under IE6 and previous versions.

Generally, forumotion runs better in Firefox
