Legend And Coloured Username Help

Okay, got a couple of questions coz I dunno which way this'll work best.

Firstly, is there anyway to add more than just the one Administrator and Moderator key? Coz I wanna have more than just the two, and is there anyway to make these certain colours?

I wanna have guy admins one colour, girl admins another, and the same for mods.

Secondly, I'm having a problem getting any user names to be coloured. The option itself seems to work backgrounds before, but now it's not working at all. I've tried the group adminstration and the basic option (which I mentioned).

Any ideas on this?
