Huge Background Problem

For some reason, when I change my background, it stays the same as the default backround, even when I hide it.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM !
I SET THE BACKGROUND BUT IT WONT APEAR OT THE PAGE
IN THE SETTINGS IT SAYS THAT THE BACKGROUND IS IN USE BUT IT WONT APEAR ON THE PAGE

THE SAME THING IS IF I SET THE COLLOR WRITING
IN SETTING IS SET RED AND ON THE FORUM APEARS GREEN

I FALLOWD THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM EXIMMA
AND IT DONT HELPED ME WITH NOTHING
ID DELETED MY COOKIES AND ALL THE OTHER THINGS 4 NOTHING

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ?!

id set the background
if i add a background and reinstall the theme ill lose all the settings on it

nevermind i set it Smile

if you set the background from the menu from where u add it it wont work its brokenin the menu apears a other picture and on the forum its a other one
if you add the link in that menu it wont write it in the CSS code
you need write it to the CSS Code to apear
sorry for my bad english >,<
between i see my warning level its a little orange xD
i think its because of the bold and color i used in posts xDD
ill not use them again so can a mod remove the orange please Smile
