Link problems

I'm currently using phpbb2 because it's very simple but anyways, I'm having some issues with my forums.
As you see here below it shows posting a new thread, the category, and than the forum in the category.
Post new thread :: Graveyard :: Old Threads


Shouldn't it be as follows:
Default Forums :: Graveyard :: Old Threads
Post New Thread

A lot of my members might have some troubles with getting across back to the main page, is there anyway to fix this problem I am having?

General>Forum>Configuration
Site name : Add the name
