Is there an option in the admin panel to change the post background?

Administration Panel=>Display=>Pictures and colors=>Colores=>CSS Stylesheet=>Put this cod in that box:

background-image: url('Direct link to picture');
}

Replace "Direct link to picture" with your direct link to the image which you want to put in quick reply or in post reply.
