How to move posts?

People posted things in the wrong thread, so I want to move the misplaced posts to a different thread.

But it is marked solved, and I can't understand the instructions. For instance, the main response says "go to your mod tools. select split." I don't see any 'split' option in my mod panel.

Its under the quick mod tools. Yours should be around there somewhere.
