Just a couple GENERAL Questions!

[b]Gotta Say MAD THANKS to having a forum that's free to host...It's going to be awesome!

Now, Question time...

We're essentially starting a forum for Police Officers, and We'd like to find out how we can Lock certain threads, and Make it so that only VERIFIED Law Enforcement Officers (LEO's for short) can post in them...

Secondly, With the Smaller box That Displays the User Name/Location and so forth...Can that Be Changed to Show that they're a Verified Law Enforcement Member, and if so..How do we do it?
